mri shows i have subchondral edema in the medial femoral condyle, mild chondrosis & subchrondral stress reaction.can it b treated w/out surgery. how?

Yes: Yes, without examining you or knowing much history the treatment would be non- operative( touch- down weight bearing w/ crutches, rom and strengthening of knee). Possibly u fell and sustained an injury. Best of luck!
