Pancreas: I don't know what you mean by "pancreas swelling". I might be able to advise if i had more information. Regarding the kidney stone there are several ways to take care of it that might not require surgery. You also need to know what is in your 24 hour urine collection to get an idea of why you formed a stone. That way you can usually prevent an occurence.
