Suffering from patchy colitis and psoriasis what treatment should i take?

Possibly TNFs: I have never heard of "patchy colitis." do you mean crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis? If so, tnf agents such as Humira or Remicade (infliximab) would be excellent treatment for both disorders.
