Hyperhidrosis: Go see your doctor to be sure you don't have hyperthyroidism which could account for making you feel hot & sweaty. If you have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), there are prescription antiperspirants, medications to decrease sweating (but also may lead to dry eyes/mouth, constipation & inability to void), even botox. Surgeons can snip nerve that causes sweating if none of above work.
