Psoriasis: You can take an antihistamine to minimize the itching, such as zyrtec or Allegra or benadryl, (diphenhydramine) but treating the underlying condition is key, so you need to discuss your worsening withyour doctor.

There is none.: If your psoriasis does not respond to light therapy, it is time to consider starting tnf agents. These almost always are dramatically effective. Discuss this with your dermatologist.
