A member asked:

Hi i'm 18 i like to know is there any tablets or medicine for growing taller? thanks

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Most people reach their maximum height by their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, throughout childhood, there's not much a person could have done to increase his final height. If one grew last year, there might be a little this year.
