Weakness: Anemia is one of the causes of weakness but with normal hemoglobin that will be less likely. Low blood pressure could cause dizziness. Cause of weaknesd should be evaluated as well cause of hypotension. Deconditioning and lack activity are physiologic cause of weakness.
