My mom 88 has ckd and a weak heart she is on dializes for 2 weeks now her blood pressure is 104/48/49 .her dr says dializes is going very good .she does say she feels weak though.is her bl pressure a concern or is she slowly getting worse?

I am not sure what is your question. I think that answering a question about her advanced health issues would require an in person visit. Have you considered having a conversation about the goals of care -what if her heart should stop or she would need to be connected to a ventilator?
