Possible, if still. : ...Suspect, bone scan or mri.A bone scan helps in symptomatic pars fractures, but not a lot of help in developmental defects, with vague back pain, then an MRI can be more helpful.

Let me explain: Cat scan is excellent test for this problem. I would recommend if there is high suspicion to have bone scan done.
