Probably healed: I would think that a stress fracture in an 18 year old is probably related to some sport that you are playing.The most important thing is that the pain has gone away sometimes a fracture can be seen on an mri though the injury has healed.

May be a scar: It may be a scar from the fracture. Read it closely likely it will say old stress fracture or something to that effect.
