Injured my back 6 months ago working out. ct scan came back negative for pars fracture but l5 s1 right side facet joint arthropathy. i'm 22 is it poss?

Bone scan...: Pars fracture typically shows a "scotty dog" on oblique radiograph. Sometimes fracture can show up on bone scan before it shows up on x-ray but it sounds like your injury was a while ago. Have you had a nuclear medicine bone scan or asked about having one? If they do one, it would be helpful for them to do spect imaging.
