Need advice on mri results. abnormal heterogeneious t2 signal with some swelling within the spinal cord at c5-c6 level, husband had fusion 1.5 years ago on on c4-c6 is this getting worse?

This should be discussed at length with the physician who ordered the test, and information on the internet without actually seeing the images and your husband are unlikely to be helpful.
