Rare for: Lymph node but arterial malformation, venous or arterial aneurysms possible, also lipoma.

?calf: No major lymph nodes in your calf area. There are lymph nodes in your groin though. Always best to have any swollen areas or unknown lesions evaluated by a health care provider to get the definitive diagnosis. Best wishes.
