What's positive?: How high is it? Ca125 is not a test used to diagnose ovarian cancer but to follow its response to therapy. Many things, malignant or not, can make it go up. You are young for ovarian cancer but i would advise you follow up with your doctor and have a good chat about the implications of the test results. Ciao!
