Complex cyst: Multiloculated means that the cyst has multiple compartments. Simple cysts look like a simple sac, while some multiloculated cysts look like honeycombs run through it. Multiloculated does not necessarily mean Cancer. Your doctor can check the blood flow and other features via ultrasound to determine the risk.
