Normal: Cyst on ovary is normal (if not too big) Each menstrual cycle your ovary makes a cyst in which the egg matures. At ovulation the cyst ruptures and the egg is released. So having a cyst is a good thing if trying to get pregnant. Chances of pregnancy with appropriately timed sex (2-3 days before ovulation) are about 1 in 7. So know your cycles, home ovulation kits helpful (if + have sex now)
