Kegels R first step: 1st try ; stop urine flow once u have started to urinate, try ; hold it for 4 - 5 seconds, give 2nd go at stopping if u can. These r pelvic floor muscles to tighten ; hold for 10 secs, relax ; repeat 9 more times when standing, lying or sitting. Repeat the 10 contractions 5 - 10 times/day. Ie 50 -100 contractions/day. Allow 3 - 6 months. Then try set of vaginal cones if necessary. Insert ; squeeze.
