Not normal: You know that what you are experiencing is not normal. You need to see your gynecologist to determine the cause for your pain and have it resolved. Scar tissue in the vagina as result of the delivery trauma can cause your symptoms and is usually amenable to surgical correction.

Lubricant, Dilation: There are many reasons why sex may not be the same a year after you've given birth - like exhaustion! But assuming that you are wanting to have sex: 1. Get a good lubricant ( www.Babeland.com) 2) Try positions where you have control over speed and depth (you on top, on your side, etc. 3) Ask your doctor about vaginal dilators to use at home to gradually adapt. Good luck and don't give up. LG
