Many factors: I assume your angiogram was normal? & your heart rhythms has been recorded & normal? ("sinus tachycardia") - if either are incorrect, you need more specific treatment. To lower your heart rate without reducing your BP: force extra fluids and eat lots of salt. Potato chips & 2 qts of fluid daily. Ask your Dr about adding digoxin. Be sure TSH is normal. Low dose BB eg Nadolol 10 mg can help.
