Possible tinea pedis: This could very well be athletes foot infection or tinea pedis. Possibly she should try treatment with an topical over the counter medication such as lotrimin, Lamisil (terbinafine) etc. However, in any case this should be evaluated by a podiatrist or dermatologist prior to any trial and error self treatment.
