Not sure : What the problem is actually. Do you have a functional disability with grip? The extension at the mcp joints appears a little exaggerated but if there is no pain, your grip is normal and there are no other joints involved it may not be significant. If you do have an issue with the function of your hands or other joints involved it might be wise to see a rheuatologist or orthopedist.
