Yes, get up! : Physical inactivity (lack of physical activity) is the fourth leading risk factor for global mortality (6% of deaths globally). Physical inactivity is the main cause for ~ 21–25% of breast and colon cancers, 27% of diabetes and ~ 30% of ischemic heart disease. Get on your feet! the more the better (within reason).
