How do you figure out what triggers a simple partial seizure?

MRI +EEG: If you are sure this was a simple partial, there is an area of the brain which triggered it, may be scay, tumour, vascular, stroke , but sometimes we do not find cause.

EEG and imaging: The diagnostic test include an EEG. Next, Imaging a CAT scan MRI scan to determine if there is a gross structural abnormality. Unfortunately, we do not have an imaging test that is capable of identifying microscopic abnormalities of the brain.
