How thick is the palm of the hands? can hiv be transmitted his way? just because cases haven't been reported doesn't mean it's not a mean of transmit.

Unlikely: Very unlikely if not impossible. However, if there are cuts or eczema in the hand and it is in contact with fluids of an HIV + person with high levels of viremia it could be possible.

Hand: Hiv can be transmitted through any skin surface, but there has to be break in the skin. Secondly there has to be enough of an infected fluid transmitted throught the break to get infected.
