Lymphadenitis: This term is usually applied to situations in which the lymph nodes are inflamed, and it is presumed they are reacting to an inflammatory process elsewhere that has not been completely elucidated. Suspect that the doctors seeing her are still trying to determine why these nodes are acting in that fashion.

No: The lymph node was simply doing its job. This speaks against an actual lymph node infection, and rules out TB etc in the node itself.
