A member asked:

Are reactive lymphadenitis and tb related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Reactive: Lymphadenitis merely means that it is an infectious or inflammatory process rather than malignancy. Tuberculous lymph nodes usually are caseating granulomata, but are technically "reactive" because they are not malignant. So the short answer to your question is "yes". Ask your doctor for more details.
