Upper respiratory : Infections are usually viral, antibiotics are not needed. Stay hydrated, rest and take either Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for the fever and headaches. You can also take over the counter cold medication for the runny nose and congestion. This should clear in a few days. Good luck!

Viral URI: Your symptoms are typical of a viral upper respiratory illness (viral uri). Decongestants such as Pseudoephedrine 120 mg long acting twice daily can reduce the congestion/runny nose. Ibuprofen 200mg, 2 pills every 6 hours for fever and aches, and a tincture of time are all effective.
