Prophylactic: Usually prophylactic antibiotics if history of recurrent infections ( pneumonias, sinusitis ). First find out if it is isolated or if other gammaglobulins are involved.

None: There is no specific replacement therapy for low igm. This value, the low igm, needs to be interpreted in light of the rest of one's immunoglobulins.
