Elsewhere: Gluteus pain not associated to RA itself, and unless a rare fistula developed from chrons but seek source of pain elsewhere. Maybe an MRI of right glute have the answer.

You most certainly..: You most certainly have sacroiliitis, which is part and parsal of crohn's disease associated arthritis. Regular x-rays or an MRI should sort this out! pain is frequently felt deep in the buttock because of referred pain and also irritation of the piriformis muscle, which attaches to the sacroiliac joint. An expert on injection of these structures should provide you with relief!
