Is riding a stationary bike at 13 mph for 40 minutes enough exercise or should i do it twice a day i usuall add sit ups and push ups after riding?

Good amount: The cdc recommends at least 150 min./week of moderate or 75 min./week of vigorous exercise a week, as well as muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week.
