hy, i have major problem, i m affraid that i m about to have an heart atack, this thought is my mind all the time. i lose control.. pls help me?

Anxiety: You likely have an anxiety disorder as you are very young and at little to zero risk for a "heart attack". Please talk to your physician. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be very useful +/- medication.
