My chest pains have lasted 2 months i've been to a cardiologist to rule out heart problems but i can't shake the feeling i'm having a heart attack what's a good way to put my mind at ease?

Cardiologist Usually do a through a battery of tests . Ask your cardiologist if they’ve done all the tests that they feel are necessary for heart and lung disease at your age. If they are normal seeing a psychologist for an evaluation for anxiety and stress is usually the next step along with seeing a primary care physician

As Dr K mentioned, you can speak to the cardiologist. Much more likely, as 19 year old is more likely to have anxiety than have a heart attack. See a primary care doctor, discuss your health and emotions.
