MAYBE, MAYBE NOT: Clerly problematic, but need more precision for diagnosis. You want to work with psychiatrist who is familiar with panic attack, dissociation, siezures. Careful diagnosis necessary to arrive at appropriate treatment. I've seen many pannic attacks, but they have been described somewhat differently. Do get to work on this now.
