Exam and xrays: The only definitive way to know whether u 'sprained' your wrist is by x-rays . Get an appmt. W/ ors and get examined.'walk-in' clinic is ok but fractures can occasionally be missed.; esp of carpal navicular (scaphoid ).... Best of luck!

You need an x-ray.: To find out if it is fractured or not, you will need to have it professionally evaluated. You will need x-rays taken to determine if it is broken or if it is just a bruise or sprain.
