Yes: That is a significant change in weight and lifestyle. Congratulations on what you have accomplished so far. It looks like your need for anti-hypertensive medication has decreased and you should discuss this with your gp.

Yes: Yes i think you should get this adjusted by your doctor. When he sees your good progress progress you'll probably get a pat on the back which is always nice.
