My gp found that i have an enlarged facial artery, but isn't worried. isn't that aneurysm? dangerous? it's causing pain, bulges, strong pulse.

???: The facial artery is generally not visible or palpable. If your FACIAL artery is, then it's abnormal, but I suspect you may be referring to another structure, maybe the temporal artery, which is both visible and palpable.
