Severe cases.: In very severe cases Cyclosporine has been used. In most cases it is treated with prescription creams and oral steroids for brief periods. A recent report shows that vitamin d 1600 units is helpful for eczema. In over 60 per cent of eczema patient sublingual desentization can cause resolution of eczema over a 2 year period.
