Wounds. are appearing on old incision site. there was healthy skin then all of a sudden a hole. no puss just a hole and it's getting bigger.

Wounds: Best for you to get the area evaluated if you see a hole starting to form where a previous wound was or previous surgery, etc. At times, these areas may be more at risk (than normal skin) or acquiring fistula formation. Best wishes.
