Normal: 1.4679 is above 0.60 and below 4.10. Your lymphocyte count is fully normal.

Normal : All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Your lymphocyte count appears to be within normal limits, though it would help to have the complete blood cell count results.
