See a GI doctor: Colitis is inflammation of the inner lining of the colon and can be associated with diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, and blood in the stool. There are several causes of colitis. It is not possible to make a diagnosis of colitis with the symptoms you describe. There are other reasons for such discomfort, including irritable bowel syndrome, enteritis (small intestinal inflammation), gastritis.
