Gum pain: You may be starting a gum infection. Rinse the area and use floss and toothpick to clean out the area around the gum infection. You may bleed some , but keep rinsing and cleaning. If you get worse instead of better, then see your dentist for assistance.

Tooth pain: Tooth pain can be related to bleeding gums or it could be a seperate problem-does the pain feel like it is coming from a tooth or from the gums or both? See your dentist very soon to help.

Multiple: These could be multiple separate problems, or one related problem. Pain, bleeding, swelling are signs that something's wrong and needs attention now. Please put down the computer, pick up the phone, and call your dentist for an appointment.
