Ventolin: Two puffs of ventolinat one time may increase the baby's irritability. I notice from resume that is angry, arching her back, etc that she has already reacted to the ventolin. For the child's safety, i would stop the ventolin even though the baby may still have phlegm.

Symptom meds: In patients, a good general rule is to only use a symptom med when it's use seems to have an overall benefit. If you cannot see much difference with/without or there are side effects that are troublesome, it's time to stop.
