Viral Bronchiolitis?: I think your baby may have a viral bronchiolitis (cold with deep cough/wheeze). Treatment is a bit controversial. Some will use saline for the nose (spray/drops) and many will opt for asthma like care. Oral albuterol has grown out of favor for nebulizer treatments in the us. Albuterol is probably the main medication give via aerosol 3-4 times daily to help the cough and congestion.
