My 6 month old baby has phlegm in his chest dr gave him ventolin puffer to clear the phlegm 2 puffs every 4 hrs will this help him clear it up?

Phlegm: The ventolin will probably clear his phlegm but he may be very irritable if you give him two puffs every four hours.You should probably reduce the ventolin to one puff three time daily.
