Neurologist: Do these aches come and go or are they continual? Is there associated loss of muscle strength or numbness? Perhaps a consultation with a neurologist would be best to get the proper blood tests and neurologic exam. Conditions like polyneuritis, polymyositis, and multiple sclerosis would be checked for in view of the generalized nature of your symptoms.

Fibromyalgia: Fibromyalgia is a generalized pain syndrome involving both upper and lower half and left and right of your body as well as lasting more than three months. So this is possibly the beginnings of fibromyalgia but there are many other things it could be. It will take an exam and a good history from your doctor to determine.
