Many Things: Can cause these symptoms, from simple reflux, to gallbladder issues, so even more serious things like peptic or duodenal ulcers. Depending on how low the pain is, it could also be kidney issues, or even pancreatic problems. Going to a GI specialist might be the first place to start. They could look into your tummy, take biopsies, and see if you have h.Pylori, or any obvious defects. An us for gb.
