I have very often gases on my stomach. also when i finished my 'need' i see blood on toiler paper and it hurts my on the lower left side and on back?

Gas + blood: I am definitely more concerned about you passing blood through your rear end. Paired with abdominal pain, i believe it warrants to be checked, so if you could see a doctor locally, that would be my best advice. Indigestion: Your problem is poor food digestion. It result in gas pressuring gut from inside out. Pressure lead to hemorrhoid and periodic bleed. See your physician for evaluation to find cause of indigestion. For now however eat less fried food, include soups, billions, broths, and limit amount of food/snacks consumed daily.
