No: You're probably getting much more iron than you think- there are many excellent vegetarian sources of iron.See http://www.Whfoods.Com/genpage.Php?Tname=nutrient;dbid=70 it's not unusual for women to skip a period now ; then; there can be many causes (but not low iron). If your period resumes in a few weeks it's nothing to worry about but if it doesn't reappear in several weeks see a gynecologist.
