Not at all: Skipping last 2 pills of 28 pack of birth control pills will not effect your cycle and periods will come at the expected time and not earlier.This is because last seven pills are sugar pills and do not contain any hormones.Only the first 21 pills contain the hormones.

Agree: However, some pills do have active medicine into the last week as well. Check with your pharmacist, or your doctor to see which you have. Almost always, the last 2 will be placebo.
