Too vague.: This question is too vague. Other than a normal diet there is no magic food or diet having any effect whatsoever on your skin.Do not smoke. Avoid sunburn. Do not go tanning. Wash enough to be clean without excess washing. Avoid antibiotics and antiseptics and solvents on your skin without a valid reason.
